Registrations can either be mailed to or taken in person at the Lincoln Center in Highland. To mail in a registration please include the name of the program you are interested in and the dates of the program. You can print a mail-in registration form here: basic registration form. Cash, Visa, MasterCard or Discover or checks only. Checks must have address & phone number printed on check and we will need to see a Driver's License or State Issued ID card. Credit Cards also must be accompanied by a State Issue Photo ID and are only accepted for purchases over $20. Absolutely no phone in registrations!
The first price is for Highland Residents. The second price is for all non-residents. If there is only 1 price, that means we were given a discounted price for all residents.

Checks, Credit Cards & Cash
Registrations can only be conducted in person at the Lincoln Center Park Office located at 2450 Lincoln Street, Highland, IN 46322. The only accepted forms of payment are Cash, Checks payable to Highland Parks and Recreation, or for purchases over $20 Credit Cards are accepted. All Checks & Credit Cards require State Issued Photo IDs. No phone registrations available. Mail in registrations are allowed, but are not guaranteed enrollment unless there are spaces still available. All registrations require one‐week in advance for all programs. All area residents are welcome to participate in Highland Parks and Recreation programs. The first price listed is for Highland Residents, the second price listed is for all nonresidents. You are responsible for paying correct fees. All programs are on a first‐come, first‐served basis. Timely registration is encouraged. Full payment is due at time of registration. No spots can be held without payment. By signing up for any program I/we acknowledge that a registrant's photo may be taken and used in publications for advertising.
All refunds are paid by checks issued once a month by the Parks and Recreation Board. All refunds are subject to a $3 processing fee. Patrons who fail to abide by the Highland Parks and Recreation rules may result in cancellation from program with NO refund. When a refund is requested and approved, patrons will be granted the amount for any remaining classes less any fees for that program, and a $3 processing fee will be deducted. No refunds will be granted the day of a program, or once a program has concluded. No cash refunds are permitted, even if you registered on the same day. Refunds are based from the day requested until the end of that program's session. There is never any "Credit" for missed classes.
Trip Refund Policy
Payment in full is required when registering for a trip. Refunds will not be granted for a trip, unless a wait list is available and your spot can be taken. You may also find a replacement for yourself and notify the Park Office of the person taking your place. All refunds are subject to a $3 processing fee.
Individual medical insurance is not provided by the Highland Parks and Recreation Department. Individuals are responsible for their own insurance. Trip insurance is encouraged for anyone who registers for any overnight trip. Information for travel insurance is available when patrons register for trips and must be paid before final trip payment. Make checks payable to Travel Insured for the amount explained with each trip.
A $7.50 fee will be assessed to those presenting N.S.F. checks for programs. This fee must be paid in cash at the Town Hall BEFORE one can participate in the program the check was issued for. If more than one N.S.F. check is written in any one year, no further checks will be accepted. Cash payment will be required for all further programs. This includes ACH payments for the Fitness Center.
Waiver of Release
The participant for himself or herself, and as an authorized representative of a spouse, or as a parent for a minor child, HEREBY AGREES TO RELEASE to the Town of Highland, Indiana, Highland Parks & Recreation Department and its council, board members, employees, agents, and independent contractors, from any injuries and/or damages sustained by the participants, spouse, or minor child, in connection with any activity or program or any transportation to or from, resulting in NEGLIGENCE in whole or in part of the parties hereby released.
Highland Parks and Recreation Department programs & facilities are available to all citizens regardless of race, color, national origin, sex, age, or disability.
